Subscription pricing, billing frequency, included credits and feature limits are displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless cancelled according to the available cancellation process, recurring subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

Subscription features and usage allowances apply according to the plan associated with your account.

Certain SEOHACK.AI features may consume credits.

Subscription plans may include a recurring credit allowance for each billing cycle.

Additional credits may be available for purchase separately.

Purchased or included credits have no cash value and may only be used for eligible SEOHACK.AI services.

Credit usage, expiration or renewal rules may vary according to the applicable subscription or credit package.

Payments are processed by supported third-party payment providers such as PayPal.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method selected during checkout.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees or charges associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel an eligible subscription through the available account or billing settings.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal while access may continue for the remainder of the already-paid billing period, subject to the applicable plan and payment provider rules.

Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an external payment subscription unless the subscription cancellation process has also been completed.

SEOHACK.AI provides analysis, information and recommendations intended to assist with search optimization.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, backlinks, conversions, revenue, AI citations or other search engine results.

Search engines and AI platforms independently determine how websites are crawled, indexed, ranked, cited and displayed.

Audit findings and recommendations may be generated automatically using rules, algorithms, APIs, artificial intelligence or third-party data.

You should evaluate recommendations before implementing significant technical, SEO or business changes.

You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, access another user's account, scrape restricted portions of the service, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected systems or use SEOHACK.AI for unlawful purposes.

Automated access is permitted only through interfaces or APIs expressly made available for that purpose.

SEOHACK.AI, including its software, interface, branding, reports, designs and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of SEOHACK.AI intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of information and content that you lawfully submit to the service.

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, third-party outages, API limitations, infrastructure failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect the platform.
